In the realization of the new laboratories in Colle Val D’Elsa , Bioclass was responsible for the supply of technical furniture and part of the instrumentation, studying the layout of the rooms to guarantee us maximum operational efficiency.

Unitech, on the other hand, is a pioneer in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineering. They designed a customized laboratory plan for our new Colle facility, including pharma-grade walls, electrical and HVAC systems, VPHP fumigation systems, and advanced control systems. Their experience included commissioning and tuning these systems to ensure they met our operational needs.
Along from this, Unitech provides us with ongoing maintenance, annual qualifications, and timely solutions to any problems we have.
Accurange specializes in calibration services, and we engage them for the majority of our annual calibrations, including large instruments and smaller devices like data loggers and pipettes. They additionally carry out IOPQ qualifications for new equipment, while Accurange handles the majority of the instrument qualifications at our Colle site. They assist with equipment repair as needed and provide expert advice on calibration standards, certification techniques, and specialized instrument troubleshooting. Their willingness to help us with specialized guidance is invaluable.
