VisMederi is once again included in the “Leader of Growth 2026” ranking compiled by Il Sole 24 Ore in collaboration with Statista, where it ranks among the Italian companies that have performed the best in terms of revenue growth and development over the reference period. VisMederi’s European standing reinforces this recognition, with the company ranking 237th overall in Europe and positioning itself among the leading players in the scientific services and life sciences sectors.

Significant financial indicators reflect the strength of this performance: revenues exceeding €30 million in the previous year and profit margins exceeding 50% of total turnover, resulting in an exceptionally high Return on Investment (ROI) and confirming a highly solid and structured financial profile.

The “Leader of Growth” ranking recognizes companies that have achieved the most significant revenue increases over the three-year period under consideration, with a focus on growth continuity, financial stability, and a predominantly organic development strategy. Being named to this list is an independent and authoritative recognition of a company’s ability to evolve, invest, and solidify its position in highly competitive and regulated markets. This outcome reflects the daily activities of a mature scientific and managerial structure capable of combining strategic vision, specialized expertise, and operational efficiency.

Professor Emanuele Montomoli, the founder and honorary non-executive president of VisMederi, says, “VisMederi is currently experiencing a phase of strong development thanks to the work of an extremely capable group of researchers and executives who have built a credible and sustainable model over time.” These performances are the result of a team that has turned a scientific project into a reliable industrial reality that is respected and acknowledged globally. Today, it is my responsibility to assist and guide a new generation of highly qualified professionals on their path.

The Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Duccio Meiattini, adds, “Being included once again in this ranking confirms the quality of the strategic choices made and the coherence of a model based on scientific rigor, organization, and the ability to operate effectively in increasingly complex and competitive markets.”

VisMederi’s growth trajectory is underpinned by a clear international expansion strategy, which includes the establishment of two new operational entities in Asia and the United States. The establishment of VisMederi America, in particular, represents a structural and strategic step forward, motivated by operational and positioning requirements.

“The development of the US branch is moving quickly and responding to a concrete need,” says Sara Pugliese, CEO of VisMederi Holding. “The current Trump administration has made it increasingly difficult to manage activities and operational relationships solely from Italy. A direct presence in the United States provides us with greater autonomy, faster decision-making processes, and more effective communication with local institutions and partners. The establishment of VisMederi America and the strengthening of activities in Asia are significant economic decisions that involve structural investments and the development of new competencies as part of a long-term vision to support stable, competitive, and increasingly international growth.

VisMederi’s re-inclusion in the 2026 “Leader of Growth” ranking confirms the Group’s steady evolution, projecting it toward an increasingly global dimension while maintaining scientific rigor, quality, and the value of human capital.
